How We Handle Your Text:

• Free Tier: Text is sent to our AI processing service and discarded immediately. We do not store transformations.
• Paid Tiers: Optionally store recent transformations (last 5–10) for convenience; you can disable this in settings.
• Retention: Stored transformations auto-delete after 30 days unless you save them.

Third-Party AI: We use third-party AI services to process your text. These services do not train on your content and delete it immediately after processing.

We do NOT sell your personal information.

We share data only in these limited situations:

Service Providers:

• Stripe: Payment processing (we never see your full card number)
• AI Processing: Third-party AI services for text transformation
• Email Services: Transactional/promotional email delivery
• Analytics: Anonymized usage data to improve service

Legal Requirements: When required by law/subpoena/court order, or to protect rights, prevent fraud, and ensure safety.

Business Transfers: If The Style Equalizer is acquired or merged, your data may transfer to the new owner.
